Place: Reese Carnival Grounds; 1745 Baltimore Blvd (Route 140) and Reese Rd.

With this Ticket Request Form, you have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for $90.00. Entries must be post marked NO LATER THAN May 31, 2009 after that the ticket price will go back to $100.00

Food and the First Prize Drawing will start at 1pm. Ticket holders and guests receive (all you can eat): Pit Beef, Fried Chicken, French Fries, etc. and beverages (beer, soda and water). Each additional guest is $25.00.

•     All numbers will be drawn from our chance drum.

•      You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket

•     Must be 21 years old or older for alcohol consumption.

•      PHOTO ID will be required for all prizes and entrance to the event.

•      Winners will have thirty- (30) days to claim their prize or they Will forfeit all rights to that prize.

•     Winning numbers will be posted on the websites of the sponsoring Fire Departments.

•      All winners will be notified via email, telephone, or mail

•     Winners need not to be present to win. This excludes the HD TV give away.

•      Winners will be responsible for any or all taxes.

•      The Reese Fire Company, Inc and the Manchester Fire Department., persons, business or organizations participating in this drawing assumes NO liability for any claims of injury or other damages occurred from prizes on this ticket.

MINIMUM SALES OF 500 TICKETS by August 1, 2009 or EVENT IS CANCELLED AND TICKET PRICE IS REFUNDED
